About Capital Custom Homes

Capital Custom Homes has been building homes in the tri-state area of Cincinnati, Ohio for more than 25 years. As a small custom builder, we pride ourselves on providing individual service and the attention of one of the owners. We manage the project from top to bottom, including: site preparation and utility connection, working with the architect to optimize design suitability for the site as well as project cost; assisting with selection of all the customer selectable options; and of course building a first rate home. With our years of experience and quantity of houses completed, you can be assured that you home will be everything you expect and more!

We are well versed in the details of construction, being experts in roofing, framing and structures. Each project is personally managed by a principal of the company. This way the client can be assured of personal service and rapid problem solving. The project manager has the resources to solve problems and make adjustments in assignments as necessary to make sure the schedule is met.

Capital has built many homes in the Loveland, Milford, and Mason area where we are based. We have also completed projects in other parts of the tri-state, and of course will build anywhere in the Cincinnati area.

Capital participated in the 2004 Clermont County Home show and won awards for floor plan and interior design. We pride ourselves in incorporating the latest in construction and design techniques into our homes. Past innovations have been unique materials used on fireplace construction, various faux painting techniques, dramatic ceilings and moldings.
